Registration Dates

• Registration opens on February 14th.
• Registration for in-person attendance (Full Registration and Courses Only) closes on April 11th.
• Registration for Virtual Attendance closes on April 18th.

Attendance Options

Full Registration

• Includes access to all courses, hands-on sessions, social events  (cocktail dinner, poster dinner, gala dinner), and meals (breakfasts, lunches, coffee breaks).
• Includes access to recorded course sessions and hands on materials, sent via email after the summer school.
• Includes acces to computing ressources.
• Limited to 70 participants.

Courses Only

• Provides access to all courses on-site but excludes hands-on sessions and social events.
• Includes access to recorded course sessions and hands on materials, sent via email after the summer school.
• Does not include acces to computing ressources.
• Participants will have access to coffee breaks, but not full meals.
• Limited to 130 participants.

Virtual Attendance

• Includes access to recorded course sessions and hands on materials, sent via email after the summer school.
• Includes acces to computing ressources.
• Participants can join live Q&A sessions via Zoom on May 5th and 6th to discuss the hands-on sessions with the organizers, ask questions, and clarify any doubts.

Registration Fees & Accommodation Options

The accommodation is located in the student residence on campus. It is not possible to book nights beyond the school's official dates. There are hotels nearby, but we do not handle their reservations.

Note: accomodation will be possible until March 31st

* Shared double room: Two participants can book a shared room at a reduced price (810€ per person).

Registration is confirmed once the online payment is processed, and no refunds will be provided.
